2 night minimum

Capacity: Maximum 4 people/per house (not really comfortable for 4 adults)

Rates: $120 per night or $600 weekly (6 nights)

Payment: 50% due on reservation/50% on arrival Refundable damage deposit of $200 due on arrival Checks or Cash accepted (we do not accept credit cards).

Cancellation: 3 weeks prior to reservation for full refund, afterwards the deposit will be forfeited

Check in/out: IN between 2-4pm or by arrangement; OUT by 12 Noon

Note: No additional charges for horses or pets
